These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ePay88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ePay88 online gaming platform available at epay88.cam and all associated mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ePay88 is an online entertainment platform designed for Malaysian players and operates with the objective of providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience. All Services are intended solely for recreational purposes and are offered exclusively to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ePay88 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Games" means all casino games, table games, live dealer games, slot titles, crash games, lottery products, and sports betting markets available on the ePay88 platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by ePay88 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• "Player" means any registered individual who holds a valid ePay88 Account and uses the Services.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of wagered funds returned to players over time, as certified by independent testing bodies.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account with ePay88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age. ePay88 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if lower than 21.
2. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or subject to guardianship orders are not permitted to register.
3. Single Account. You may hold only one registered Account on the ePay88 platform. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying characteristics — are strictly prohibited.
4. Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
5. Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by ePay88 or any other gaming platform.

4.1 Account Registration

To register an Account, you must complete the ePay88 registration form, providing all required personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete at all times. ePay88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your sole responsibility.

You must notify ePay88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ePay88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian Identity Card — MyKad)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registered to your name)

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and provided no open bonus wagering obligations remain.

ePay88 accepts deposits exclusively via verified Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ePay88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ePay88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit amounts.

ePay88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests:

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name matching your ePay88 Account details.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account must be fully wagered or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Indicative processing timeframes (subject to KYC clearance and payment provider conditions) are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Wire: typically 15–60 minutes

These timeframes are indicative only. ePay88 does not guarantee processing within these windows and shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment providers, banking systems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the ePay88 platform and may be amended from time to time. Players with higher VIP tier status may be entitled to enhanced withdrawal limits as specified in the Loyalty Programme terms.

ePay88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless specific promotional terms expressly provide otherwise.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus promotion is available only to eligible Players who have not already claimed the same promotion, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) applied to the Bonus Fund amount.
• The maximum permitted bet amount while Bonus Funds are active is typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or wager, as specified per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games typically contribute 10–20%.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.2 Birthday and Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses and referral bonuses are subject to separate terms as published on the platform at the time of eligibility. Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent and require an active Account in good standing. Referral bonuses are subject to the referred player completing a qualifying first deposit.

All bets placed on ePay88 — whether on sports events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other markets, or on casino Games — are subject to the following general rules.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and an acceptance confirmation has been issued by the ePay88 system. ePay88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a system error may have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

8.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable time window, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion under the applicable betting rules.
• Obvious errors in odds, prices, or game outcomes attributable to technical malfunction.
• Evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other integrity violations relating to the event.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino Games on ePay88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are delivered by live dealer studios under the supervision of certified Game providers. Published RTP percentages are theoretical and based on long-term statistical models; individual session results may vary significantly.

ePay88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available only to Players aged 21 and above. We encourage all Players to:

• Set personal deposit limits before beginning a gaming session.
• Utilise session time reminders and loss limit tools available within your Account settings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ePay88 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse transactions using payment chargebacks after using deposited funds for gaming.
• Sharing or selling Account access credentials with or to any third party.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

All content on the ePay88 platform — including but not limited to the ePay88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ePay88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the ePay88 platform without the prior written consent of ePay88 or the applicable rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ePay88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if ePay88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ePay88's aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ePay88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ePay88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the ePay88 platform, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team directly. Our team will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

14.1 Complaints Procedure

1. Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], including your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence.
2. ePay88 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days.
3. A substantive response will be provided within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement.
4. Where additional investigation is required, ePay88 will notify you of the extended timeline and provide regular updates.

14.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by ePay88, you may escalate the matter through appropriate channels. ePay88 will co-operate fully with any legitimate escalation process.
